Chloe Allen is a New York fashion design graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University, specializing in forward-thinking, nature-inspired designs. Born and raised in Burke, Virginia, her early experiences volunteering in local parks shaped her passion for sustainability and the intersection of nature and fashion. As a 2025 Fashion Scholarship Fund Finalist, Chloe explored advanced textiles like FibeRobo and ThinDown technology for functional ice hiker apparel. Her designs prioritize innovation, comfort, and functionality, blending cutting-edge technology with thoughtful craftsmanship to create versatile and inclusive garments.
